Ross CaveN
Ross is founder (1997) of RML. He is among the most experienced strategy and international development and planning practitioners in Scotland, having delivered in excess of 2,000 strategy design, internationalisation and business growth assignments over a period of 20 years.
Having completed two engineering degrees and a MBA, Ross' career has taken him around the world and exposed him to wide range of industries and business models. He has a particular passion for international development.
Ross has worked in support of leaders and managers within the private, third and public sectors and across the development life-cycle from start up to multi-national.
