1.1            We may collect and process the following information about you:

1.1.1         information that you provide by filling in forms on our website https://rml.global/  We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our website;

1.1.2         information that you provide when you purchase products and services from our website;

1.1.3         if you contact us by phone, e-mail, social media or otherwise, we may keep a record of that correspondence; and

1.1.4         details of your visits to our website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

1.2            The information you give us may include your name, e-mail address, company name and address.

 

2               IP addresses

We may collect information about your computer or other access device, including where available your IP address, operating system, browser type and version, time zone setting and browser plug-in types and versions for system administration and to collate aggregate information.  This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

 

3               Cookies

3.1            Currently we do not use cookies on the RML website, however we do use analytical cookie files.

3.2            These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it.  This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.

4               Where we store your personal data

4.1            The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).  It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services.  By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.  We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy and cookie policy.

4.2            All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers.

The Act gives you the right to access the personal information that we hold about you.  Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.  Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
