Russell McLeod Limited has been working with leadership teams for over twenty years to facilitate and support strategy design and implementation. Our process typically comprises:

  • immersion - interviews and documentation review is undertaken to secure a clear and detailed understanding of the starting point for each organisation

  • design - facilitated workshop sessions are typically employed - using a range of design “tools” - to engage the leadership team in creative and constructive thinking to inform ambition, positioning, business model and other considerations that shape strategy, and ultimately lead to the development of practical action plans, the implementation of which delivers positive results

  • implementation - periodical reviews are undertaken to assess performance relative to expectation. Where deviation from expectation is evident, the circumstances that led to this outcome are analysed and action taken to remedy unsatisfactory performance or amplify the activity that has delivered performance beyond that expected

This process has been applied to support performance improvement in hundreds of organisations, operating across a wide range of sectors and at all phases of the business life-cycle.
